Primary Personal Data/Business Information Collected
 
From the point that an individual creates an account within our site, personal information is collected to allow us to deliver our services.

Personal information is primarily collected at 2 points, first when an account is created when personal information (name, address, email, phone number) is provided and second whenever the individual updates the information on file.

Additional information will be requested when they are booking their event. This additional information would include Address (billing) and potentially a credit card number if payment method is credit card. Credit card transactions are handled in a 128 bit SSL session. Further, we do not store credit card numbers, the data is not saved after the transaction has been accepted or rejected (which is why we ask for a credit card number each time).

In order to provide effective customer service, we store login, order and contact related information.

We do not specifically use your personal data for internal analysis. We do use the aggregate data of our customers to perform analysis that helps improve our service by tracking preferences for packages and options and related information.

AFM Productions does not sell or make available our customers data to third parties. Transmission of data is only used for ordering purposes and delivery purposes.

Communications, Opt In/Out
